Line A
Thermal bonded fiber
Layered fiber is heated in an oven so bonding fibers melt and fuse, giving lofty, resilient wadding for furniture, bedding and padding.
Manufacturing & technology
Two complete production lines in our Ijok factory turn polyester staple fiber into thermally bonded wadding and needle-punched felt.
Two production lines
Both lines share the same front end: weighing, opening, mixing, carding and layering. They differ in how the web is bonded.

Line A
Layered fiber is heated in an oven so bonding fibers melt and fuse, giving lofty, resilient wadding for furniture, bedding and padding.

Line B
Pre, up and down needle punching mechanically entangles fibers, then a heat roller fuses them for dense, strong felt used in automotive and filtration.
Process flow

01 — Weighing & opening
Polyester staple fiber (PSF) is weighed to the recipe ratio, then opened from compacted bales into loose individual fibers.

02 — Mixing
Different types, grades and colours of fiber, including recycled and virgin, are blended for uniform quality.

03 — Carding
Carding refines the opened fiber and makes it uniform as a thin, continuous web.

04 — Layering
The web is laid in multiple layers to the required density and thickness.

05 — Bonding
Thermal oven or needle punching plus heat roller: fibers are heated, melted and bonded into a stable sheet.

06 — Metal detection
A metal detector identifies unwanted metal such as needles or screws before the sheet moves on.

07 — Cutting or rolling
Sheets are cut to the required length, or rolled for easier handling.

08 — Packing, weighing & labelling
Product is packed, weighed, recorded and labelled for full traceability.

09 — Storage & shipment
Finished goods go to designated storage, ready for delivery to your plant.
Quality
Documented, audited processes from raw material to dispatch.
Fiber ratios are weighed at the start of every run.
Protects your product and your end customers.
Every pack is weighed, recorded and labelled.
Dust collectors and filters keep production areas clean and safe, especially when processing recycled material.
