Thermal bonded & needle-punch

Engineered to your part.

We produce both thermally bonded wadding and needle-punched felt, each passing metal detection before cutting or rolling. Density, thickness, blend and recycled content are set to your component's acoustic and comfort targets.

GRS-certified recycled polyester padding is available for automotive parts and upholstery.
